Columns Explained

  • ID → Unique identifier for each bug or issue.
  • Date Logged → When the issue was reported.
  • Module / Feature → Which part of the system is affected.
  • Priority → Urgency of fixing the issue (High, Medium, Low).
  • Severity → Impact level (Critical, Major, Minor).
  • Reported By → Person who found the bug.
  • Description → Short summary of the problem.
  • Steps to Reproduce → Exact actions to trigger the bug.
  • Expected Result → Correct behavior.
  • Actual Result → What actually happened.
  • Status → Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed.
  • Assigned To → Developer handling the fix.
  • Target Fix Date → Planned date for resolution.
  • Resolution → Notes on how it was fixed.
