Columns Explained
- ID → Unique identifier for each bug or issue.
- Date Logged → When the issue was reported.
- Module / Feature → Which part of the system is affected.
- Priority → Urgency of fixing the issue (High, Medium, Low).
- Severity → Impact level (Critical, Major, Minor).
- Reported By → Person who found the bug.
- Description → Short summary of the problem.
- Steps to Reproduce → Exact actions to trigger the bug.
- Expected Result → Correct behavior.
- Actual Result → What actually happened.
- Status → Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed.
- Assigned To → Developer handling the fix.
- Target Fix Date → Planned date for resolution.
- Resolution → Notes on how it was fixed.
